This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by StarWebly LLC, including web development, mobile app development, web design, SEO services, and consulting. Each project may have specific refund terms outlined in the applicable service agreement, which supplement this policy.
Project-Based Refund Terms
For project-based engagements, the refund terms are as follows: If you cancel before work has commenced, any deposit paid will be refunded in full minus any administrative fees. If you cancel after work has commenced, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. The value of completed work will be assessed based on the project timeline and the percentage of deliverables completed.
Subscription and Milestone Refunds
For subscription-based services or milestone-based projects, refunds are handled on a pro-rata basis. If you cancel a subscription, you will receive a refund for any unused portion of the current billing period. Milestone payments are non-refundable once the milestone has been delivered and approved.
Cancellation Process
To request cancellation and a refund, you must provide written notice via email to our contact address. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and process your refund within 14 business days of approval. All refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with the refund amount assessed, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your concerns. If we cannot reach a resolution, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms & Conditions.
Chargeback Policy
We take chargebacks seriously. If you dispute a charge through your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, your services may be suspended. We will provide evidence of completed work and agreed terms to your payment provider in response to any chargeback claim.
